How to create a custom toolbar on the windows taskbar

In this article, we will show you, how to create a custom toolbar on the windows taskbar. Your personal toolbar can make your work much faster, as you don’t need to search for files and folders on your computer. You can add them to your personal toolbar and you will have fast access to this files.

This tutorial is made for Windows 10, but the same procedure you can use for previous versions of Windows.

 

  1. Click your right mouse button on the Windows taskbar and select Toolbars > New toolbar
  2. Now find and select the folder in your computer to use as toolbar
  3. Now your new toolbar will be displayed on the right side of windows taskbar.
  4. You can add to this folder files and folders for which you want to have quick access. You can add there also shortcuts of files and folders.
